Our NDIS packages are available to self-managed and plan-managed participants. We are not able to accept NDIA-managed (agency-managed) plans.

Goals first
An occupational therapist meets with you to understand your child’s NDIS goals and recommends the right CoordiKids course.
Practice at home
Your child completes short daily activities with you, guided by your OT so the program grows with their skills.
Review progress
Regular follow-ups with your OT, or an allied health assistant supervised by your OT, keep the program on track and linked to your plan goals.
Our NDIS packages
Occupational therapy is charged at $193.99 per hour and allied health assistant sessions at $86.79 per hour, in line with the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026–27. All sessions are invoiced as each session is delivered. The CoordiKids course is invoiced separately as a therapeutic home program resource.
Package 1: CoordiKids Home Start
An OT-guided home program with regular check-ins over 12 months.

Package 2: Therapist Partnership

Your treating OT continues to monitor progress within your usual therapy sessions. An optional six-month review meeting (30 minutes for each OT, $193.98 combined) can be added.
Package 3: CoordiKids Pathway
Our comprehensive program: assessment, a tailored intervention plan, monthly therapy sessions and a progress report.

Additional sessions and resources may be recommended as your child progresses. These are discussed with you first and invoiced separately.
Good to know
Invoiced as delivered
Package totals are estimates. We invoice each session after it takes place, for the time actually delivered. There is no upfront payment for future sessions.
Linked to your plan goals
Every package is built around the capacity-building goals in your child’s NDIS plan, such as motor coordination, daily living skills, self-regulation and participation at home and school.
Service agreement
Before starting, we agree the supports, rates and our cancellation policy with you in writing. Short-notice cancellations are charged in line with current NDIS rules.
Allied health assistants
Our allied health assistants deliver parts of your child’s program under the supervision of your CoordiKids OT, at a lower hourly rate. Your OT stays responsible for the plan and reviews progress.
If your plan ends
If your NDIS plan ends before your package is complete, remaining sessions can continue under your next plan, subject to funding.
For occupational therapists
Would a CoordiKids course support your client between sessions? Through our Therapist Partnership, we’ll meet with you to choose the right course, and you continue to lead therapy using the course as structured homework.
We provide a recommendation template you can complete and send to the participant’s plan manager. It links the course to the participant’s NDIS goals and sets out why it is reasonable and necessary.

Will the NDIS fund these packages?
These supports may be claimable from your child’s plan if they are reasonable and necessary and linked to their plan goals. Funding decisions depend on your individual plan, so we recommend confirming with your plan manager before you begin.
Which part of my plan do the supports come from?
Occupational therapy is generally claimed from Capacity Building supports. Your plan manager will confirm the appropriate budget for the CoordiKids course.
Can I use CoordiKids if my plan is NDIA-managed?
Our NDIS packages are available to self-managed and plan-managed participants only. Families with NDIA-managed plans are welcome to purchase our courses and consultations privately.
What is non-face-to-face time?
It is time your OT spends working on your child’s program when you are not in a session, such as writing the progress report. It is only charged for time actually spent.
How much time does the home program take?
Most families spend a few minutes a day on the CoordiKids activities. Your OT will recommend a routine that suits your child and your family.
