NDIS and CoordiKids

At CoordiKids, our priority has always been to provide children and families with practical, effective support at an affordable cost.
Due to the increasing regulatory requirements associated with NDIS invoicing and service provision, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue providing services that require NDIS-specific invoicing and administration. Unfortunately, the time and costs involved in meeting these requirements made it increasingly challenging to offer the accessible, family-centred support that has always been at the heart of CoordiKids.

Please note: Families who self-manage or plan-manage their NDIS funding should seek independent advice regarding whether any CoordiKids services may be eligible for reimbursement under their individual plan arrangements.

What does this mean for families?

While we no longer provide NDIS invoicing or extensive NDIS-specific reports, we are still here to support your child and family.
In fact, this change allows us to focus our time and resources where they matter most: helping children make progress and empowering parents with practical strategies they can use every day.

Affordable support options available through CoordiKids

CoordiKids Home CourseOur CoordiKids Home Course has been designed to provide families with affordable, evidence-informed support that can be implemented at home.The course offers developmentally sequenced activities to strengthen the foundational skills children need for learning, play, coordination, attention, and everyday life. Online consultations with our therapists

If you would like personalised guidance, our therapists offer online consultations at fees that are substantially lower than standard occupational therapy rates.

These sessions can help you:

  • Understand the CoordiKids Intervention Pathway: Intake, Assessment and Intervention tailored for your child
  • Better understand your child’s strengths and challenges
  • Learn how to implement strategies effectively at home
  • Maximise the benefits of the CoordiKids Home Course or a course recommended by your therapist
  • Receive individualised recommendations tailored to your child’s needs

Assistant support services

For families in the northern Gold Coast region, assistant services under occupational therapist supervision may also be available.

Reports and documentation

Our philosophy is to minimise unnecessary administration costs so that families can invest their resources where they have the greatest impact.We do not provide lengthy NDIS-specific reports. However, when clinically appropriate and beneficial for your child, we can provide concise reports that outline your child’s skills, challenges, and recommendations.
