Sample Therapeutic Exercises

For Sensory Processing Disorder

Introduction (1:05)

The included two exercises from our Home Course: Sensory Motor Skills are specifically designed to target the neurodevelopment needed to improve a child’s sensory processing system.

Repeating therapeutic movements for 15 minutes a day can actually re-wire your child’s brain, closing developmental gaps that cause sensory integration problems.

Exercise 1: Making Sushi  (2:38)

You will need a blanket or towel for this exercise.

Exercise 2: Head-toe Touches  (2:55)

No supplies needed. Vestibular movements like this stimulate the midbrain.
