What’s the Plan?

  • You’ll get 8 stretch-and-breathe exercises plus 1 deep breathing exercise to choose from—pick any that feel like the perfect fit!
  • Do them early morning to kickstart the day, after school to settle those wiggles, or before bed for a snuggly night’s sleep.
  • Let your kiddo decide how many to do and how many times to repeat them—whatever feels awesome for the moment!
  • These exercises are all about helping your child regulate and focus, tapping into their brain’s superpowers to get ready for tasks like schoolwork, exercise, or snoozing.
