Hello, CoordiKids crew! You’ve rocked Home Courses 1 and 2, and now it’s time to shine even brighter with CoordiKids Home Course 3—the grand finale of our three-part adventure! Perfect for kids aged 4-12, this course is like a superhero boot camp for the brain and body, packed with 9 sets of super-fun exercises. Get ready for wiggles, giggles, and some serious skill-building that’ll have your kiddo mastering memory, routines, and cool moves like never before!
What’s the Plan?
- You’ll dive into 8 to 9 sets of 9 exercises, working from the first set to the last in order.
- Start with the first set, do all the exercises for 5 days straight, take a 2-day rest (time for a superhero snack or dance party!), then repeat them for another 5 days.
- This schedule uses neuroplasticity (your brain’s magic power to grow!) to build awesome new pathways for all sorts of skills.
- Each day’s exercises take just 15 minutes, leaving your child regulated and ready to learn, play, work, or sleep like a champ!
Why It’s Totally Awesome:Home Course 3 zooms in on complex muscle skills and brain bridging to supercharge memory for events, routines, and facts in the right order—perfect for keeping track of daily tasks or school schedules! We’re also tackling motor planning (or praxis), giving a big high-five to kids with Dyspraxia or Apraxia by helping them plan and execute movements like pros. The final set of this course is all about functional adaptation, with practical skills like pencil grip and scissor skills to make everyday tasks a breeze. Unlike our CoordiKids Bytes that focus on one skill, this course (along with Courses 1 and 2) builds a full toolbox of sensory-motor awesomeness, boosting coordination, confidence, and more!
