Hello, CoordiKids crew! You’ve conquered Home Course 1, and now it’s time to soar into CoordiKids Home Course 2—the next epic step in your three-part adventure! Perfect for kids aged 4-12, this course, adapted from our full-year CoordiKids Home Course, is like a superhero gym for the brain and body. Get ready for 9 sets of 7 to 9 super-fun exercises that’ll make your kiddo’s skills shine brighter than ever. Grab your capes, and let’s get moving!
What’s the Plan?

You’ll tackle 9 sets of 9 exercises, working from the first set to the last in order.

Start with the first set, do all the exercises for 5 days straight, take a 2-day breather (perfect for some high-fives or a snack party!), then repeat them for another 5 days.

This schedule taps into neuroplasticity (your brain’s awesome ability to build new pathways!) to level up a ton of skills.

Each day’s exercises take about 15 minutes, leaving your child regulated and ready to rock schoolwork, playtime, or bedtime like a pro!
Why It’s Totally Epic:Building on the sensory-motor awesomeness of Home Course 1, Home Course 2 zooms in on Brain Bridging, laterality (that’s all about mastering left-right concepts and recognition!), and trickier posture and balance exercises that strengthen those superhero core muscles. While our CoordiKids Bytes focus on one skill, this course (along with Courses 1 and 3) is like a buffet of sensory-motor goodness, boosting everything from coordination to confidence. It’s perfect for kids ready to take their skills to the next level after completing Home Course 1!
