Your Super-Fun Sensory-Motor Adventure Begins!

Hello, CoordiKids crew! Buckle up for CoordiKids Home Course 1, the first step in a three-part, super-exciting journey to unlock your child’s inner superhero! Perfect for kids aged 4-12, this course is like a playground for the brain and body, adapted from our full-year CoordiKids Home Course. Get ready for 9 sets of 9 awesome exercises that’ll spark new skills and leave everyone giggling. It’s time to power up and have a blast!

What’s the Plan?

  • You’ll tackle 9 sets of 9 exercises, moving from the first set to the last in order.
  • Start with the first set, do all the exercises for 5 days straight, take a 2-day rest (hello, snack time!), then repeat them for another 5 days.
  • This schedule uses neuroplasticity (your brain’s magic power to grow!) to build shiny new pathways for all sorts of skills.
  • Each day’s exercises take just 15 minutes, leaving your kiddo regulated and ready to learn, play, work, or snooze like a champ!

Why It’s Totally Awesome:Unlike our CoordiKids Bytes that zoom in on one skill, Home Course 1 (and its pals, Courses 2 and 3) is like a superhero training camp for all sensory-motor skills! We’re talking posture, balance, sensory modulation, eye movements, brain bridging, hand-finger skills, and tons more. This course focuses on the first three levels of our full program: sensory processing, motor skills, and the starting moves of brain bridging. It’s perfect for kids who want to boost coordination, focus, and confidence while having a blast!

Pro Tip:Make it a family adventure—join in for some laughs and cheers! These quick, fun exercises fit perfectly into your day, whether it’s before school, after playtime, or before bedtime. Watch your child shine as they build skills that help with everything from tying shoes to tackling homework.

How to Start:Begin with the first set of 9 exercises, rock them for 5 days, chill for 2 days, then do them again for 5 more days. Move on to the next set and keep the fun going!
